With exceptional customer experience as the driving force, Cima helped Topgolf develop a custom solution to easily communicate guest needs. Edge-lit RGB bay identification numbers are integrated into Topgolf’s point-of-service system. Depending on the status of the bay, and whether assistance is required, determines the color of the sign. This allows staff to quickly respond to guest concerns, accommodate new purchases, and reduce wait times.
