Regal Times Square

Regal wanted to reinvigorate their Times Square flagship location. With the desire to create a powerful first impression, that would engage and inspire their customers, Regal knew a digital spectacular was precisely what this location needed. Competing for attention within Times Square would require a unique vision to elevate their brand.

The project scope involved removing the existing blade sign and replacing it with a 3-sided, 10' wide by 60' tall digital asset. Three sets of 'Regal' channel letters were added to the entrance canopy. Two more digital displays were installed in a 'V'-shape closer to street level to engage pedestrian traffic, and additional signage was added to highlight premiere theaters within the cinema.

Utilizing our in-house design team, we detailed all structural, electrical and data information to unite stakeholders throughout the project. Our drawing package led the coordination of multiple contractors, subcontractors and industry partners. Proactively specifying requirements for a full system installation avoided preventable timeline delays.

Together, we created first impressions that were powerful. Implementing a 10mm blade sign and an 8mm entrance sign brought the movie magic to the streets of Times Square New York. Engaging pedestrian and vehicular traffic, Regal's newest asset wows customers.
