Our design team specified every detail down to the nuts and bolts to ensure a frictionless transition through fabrication and installation.
The project features a vertical monument with an obelisk that spans 60 ft.- tall, and a horizontal monument sign that reaches 35 ft.- wide to greet new and prospective residents.
How We Helped
• Cima developed all project elements as digital 3D models, which enabled the customer to see how all elements interact, as well as the structural seams’ finishes
• We worked closely with Coscia Moos, and specified a combination of Philips Color Kinetics lighting solutions to optimize lighting-beam angles while alternating up-and-down lighting for optimal effect
• To maintain power output, Cima installed Color Kinetics’ Data Enabler Pro controller system, which was paired with a power-over-Ethernet switch. ColorDial Pro’s color-management system allows the color temperature to be adjusted on each fixture.
• From the modeling phase forward, Cima accounted for the need to fabricate the obelisk in sections that could be easily transported and assembled onsite with appropriate component fabrication and assembly.
