The design process started with thorough exploration of concepts and budgets, ultimately landing on the utilization of LED technology. We conducted a laser survey to ensure precise placement of steel structures and meticulously reviewed existing building steel and electrical systems to inform the technical designs.
Engineering coordination for a shop-built steel structure aimed to minimize field welding and associated costs, ensuring efficient assembly and structural integrity. A structurally fortified shed/platform was designed, serving dual purposes of facilitating the manual installation process due to the inability to use a crane at this location while offering temporary storage solutions throughout the process, further enhancing efficiency during the project.
Our detailed drawings played a crucial role in organizing and coordinating the project, providing exceptional accuracy that minimized costs and prevented delays. The commitment to precision and foresight ensured a seamless execution and contributed to the project’s overall success.
The teamwork and collaboration during this project were second to none. Our partners Watchfire Signs and AMA Electric were a huge part of this delivery.
Cima meticulously prepared the site by addressing structural, electrical, and fiber-optic cable requirements to support the installation of the LED boards. We supplied, installed, and programmed the boards, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Additionally, Cima fabricated and installed highly custom products, including two architectural bookends, a rotating element and a glass canopy, which necessitated coordination for water management. We ensured that every aspect of the project met the highest standards of quality and functionality.
