Working closely with all stakeholders from various industries, Cima coordinated wall conditions, surveys, and fluctuating schedules to deliver a seamless branding experience at scale. Weekly calls were established to transparently discuss any perceived issues and proactively offer solution. This approach ensured that we addressed any concerns effectively and built a strong, trust-based partnership.
On-site communication and coordination were crucial to hitting and executing the 48-hour installation window. This critical phase occurs after the walls are finished but before AV is brought in for seamless integration and readiness for occupancy.
