American Girl opened a flagship store at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, at 51st St. between 5th and 6th Avenues. However, in contrast to the signature American Girl pink façade and awnings, the brand makes a distinctively impactful statement with a bronze-colored storefront that seemingly shimmers for passersby. Cima fabricated exterior channel letters that reinforce the store’s powerful branding.

Since its founding in the 1980s, American Girl has created dolls and related accessories that help young girls cultivate positive self-images and values. Cima has been American Girl’s go-to vendor to help them cultivate a positive brand image. This has included designing and building structures that helped the company with its in-store experience of its Girl of the Year, as well as maintaining and executing a regular cleaning schedule for its stores’ familiar awnings.

 

Cima has developed a national repair and maintenance program that accounts for differing layouts and materials, and sources the program through a roster of Cima Certified vendors. To confirm that we deliver optimal service, we contact customers the day before, the day of, and the day after a call is scheduled.

Cima has developed a national service program that's tailored to fit American Girl's needs. Through organization, transparent communication, and training documents for material-specific cleaning. We begin the process by contacting the store manager at least four weeks in advance to plan and coordinate with property management.
