Safety & Health First at Cima

Dear Valued Partner,

The safety and health of our employees, customers, and partners are paramount amid growing concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), OSHA and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance.

Actions we are taking:

  • All non-essential travel, including trade shows, has been canceled for the foreseeable future.
  • We are not accepting any non-essential visitors at this time to eliminate the risk of the virus getting introduced to our facility. Virtual meetings are recommended.
  • Employees are prohibited from coming to work if they have any signs of this illness.
  • We have reduced the workforce in the facility by identifying employees who will work from home.
  • Employees are asked to keep a safe distance from one another as much as possible.
  • Our housekeeping and sanitization efforts have increased to ensure every employee is protected and has proper material to keep their workstation clean and germ-free.
  • Health and safety information has been distributed and posted regarding hygiene and prevention.

At this time, our team and facility have not been compromised. We are taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees. Cima’s goals with the measures we are taking are to continue to support our customers with the same level of service and do business with minimal disturbances. Our team is working with our partners to ensure goods and services are not disrupted. Should a situation arise, we will notify the impacted parties immediately.

Be well and stay safe.

Thank you
