Shawn brings a true passion for people, training, leadership development, and building strong teams. He also brings deep operational experience in process and performance, which will be incredibly important as Cima continues to grow. As a proud Marine Corps veteran and Six Sigma Black Belt, Shawn leads with both heart and discipline.
