Cima Welcomes Our New VP of Customer Experience: A Customer-First Manager with an Operational Mindset

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Erin Wade as our new Vice President of Customer Experience at Cima. With over 15 years of signage experience and almost 20 years in management, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Erin has a proven track record of leading program teams, developing team members, and developing new business relationships. She will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer has a remarkable experience, aligning seamlessly with our goal of being the most trusted national sign partner. Her background includes effectively managing multiple large rebrand programs, new builds, and service work.
