From her beginnings here as a signage designer to her current position as the driving force behind our marketing strategies Stefanie has witnessed our company’s growth from its early stages.
Stefanie joined our team a decade ago with a creative spirit and a keen eye for design. Her ability to blend innovation with strategy propelled her from a signage designer to a brand strategist. Stefanie continued to grow within our organization. From her role as a brand strategist, she transitioned to Marketing Manager, where she orchestrated campaigns that resonated with our target audience and strengthened our market position. Her strategic vision and ability to adapt to our ever-expanding organization led her to her current role as the Director of Marketing.
As one of our earliest employees, she witnessed Cima’s exponential growth, starting as the tenth team member and now proudly contributing to a workforce of over 100 talented individuals. Under Stefanie’s guidance, our brand has flourished, capturing the attention of clients and competitors alike.
